PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is DEEP Devotion to Self.

It’s what I believe about being a woman.

For the past year I have been in pure devotion to SELF.

It’s something I preached and taught for years.

But never fully embodied.

Not in the ways I do now.

And everything changed.

Devotion to Self is the foundation from which I now live.

It’s the belief that every woman deserves to know herself deeply enough to trust herself completely.

Because when we are devoted to ourselves, we don’t become “selfish.”

We become whole.

For generations, women have been taught to place themselves last.

To put everyone else’s needs first.

To keep giving, even when their own cup is empty.

We’ve normalized self-sacrifice.

We’ve celebrated self-abandonment.

We’ve mistaken self-betrayal for love.

And somewhere along the way, we lost ourselves.

I believe so many of the symptoms women experience are invitations.

Invitations to come home.

To reconnect.

To remember.

To begin listening again (or maybe even for the first time).

Perimenopause simply turns up the volume. Sometimes very loudly.

It reveals the places where we’ve been overriding our bodies, ignoring our intuition, abandoning our needs, and living out of rhythm with ourselves.

This work isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s not about teaching “self-care.”

It’s not about bubble baths or massages.

No…

This is something much much deeper.

It’s about returning to the WOMAN you’ve always been.

Devotion to Self isn’t another thing to DO.

It’s a way of BEING.

It’s choosing yourself, over and over again.

Not because the people you love matter less.

But because when you are deeply nourished, deeply connected, and deeply devoted to yourself…

you finally have something real to give.

From a place of WHOLENESS.
